Margherita is in her second experience as a city council member in Padua. In the first period (2017/2022) she was the woman who received more persona preferences within the Democratic Party list. In her second experience in 2022 she collected more than 1.200 personal preferences, arriving second, and she has become the appointee (Assessora) for social services for the Municipality of Padua. Alessandro is a fierce working-class hero from Padua (Italy) who has always dedicated time to politics and activism. As Head of Articolo 1 Padova he has organised this progressive movement here and has also organised many times Bread and Roses, an inclusive festival where people of different progressive sensibilities could always find a space to debate the future of Italian and European politics.
